Which tests are commonly done on food products?

Composition and quality parameters from the FSSAI standard, nutrition, microbiology, contaminants such as pesticides, mycotoxins and heavy metals, adulterants and additives, allergens and shelf life.

What information should I send with my sample?

The product name, batch or lot number, pack size, the standard or parameters you need, and the purpose of testing, such as FSSAI compliance, export or a buyer specification.
