Before you get in touch
What are your working hours?
Both our laboratories are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can send enquiries by WhatsApp, email or the form at any time and we reply on the next working day.
How do I send a sample to the laboratory?
Pack the sample in a clean, sealed container, label it with the product name and your company details, and courier it or drop it at our Ahmedabad or Rajkot laboratory. Contact us first so we can confirm the quantity and the tests.
Do you collect samples?
Yes. You can request a sample pickup and our team will arrange collection. Share your location and sample details through the sample pickup request form.
Which laboratory should I contact, Ahmedabad or Rajkot?
Contact whichever is closer to you. The Ahmedabad head office and main laboratory handles the full range of testing; the Rajkot branch laboratory serves businesses across Saurashtra. Either team can guide you.
