Inspection & survey

Pre-shipment inspection, sampling and survey services

Our inspectors check quality, quantity, packing and labelling, draw representative samples and supervise container loading at factories, warehouses and ports, giving exporters and buyers an independent view of every lot.

Third-party inspection

What is pre-shipment inspection?

Pre-shipment inspection is an independent check of goods before they are shipped, covering quality, quantity, packing, labelling and sampling, so the buyer and seller know the lot matches the contract before the container is sealed.

Accurate Universal Laboratories offers impartial, technically competent inspection services for manufacturers, exporters, importers and buyers. Our inspectors work at manufacturing facilities, warehouses, ports and distribution points, following national and international sampling standards.

Because we are also a testing laboratory, samples drawn during inspection can go straight to our lab for residue, aflatoxin, microbiology and quality testing, giving you inspection and test results from one provider.

FAQs

Inspection & Survey: common questions

What is pre-shipment inspection?

Pre-shipment inspection is an independent check of goods before shipment, covering quality, quantity, packing, labelling and sampling, so both buyer and seller know the lot matches the contract before the container is sealed.

What is the pre-shipment inspection process?

You book the inspection with the product, quantity, location and buyer requirements. Our inspector checks the goods on site, draws samples, supervises loading if required and issues a report with findings and photographs.

What does your inspection report include?

The report records what was inspected, quality and quantity observations, packing and labelling checks, sampling details and photographs, and laboratory results if testing was requested.

Can samples drawn during inspection be tested?

Yes. As a testing laboratory, we can test the samples for pesticide residues, aflatoxin, microbiology and other parameters, so inspection and test results come from one provider.

Which locations do you cover?

We carry out inspections at manufacturing units, warehouses, ports and distribution points. Contact us with your location to confirm availability.

How much does pre-shipment inspection cost?

The cost depends on the product, quantity, location and the scope of inspection and testing. Share your requirement and we will send a quotation.
