What is beverage testing?

Beverage testing is the laboratory analysis of drinks, tea and coffee for quality parameters, additives such as preservatives and sweeteners, contaminants and microbiology, to show they are safe and meet FSSAI standards.

Juices and soft drinks must stay within limits for preservatives, sweeteners and caffeine and remain microbiologically stable. Tea and coffee are checked for pesticide residues, heavy metals and, for coffee, ochratoxin A.

Accurate Universal Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. tests beverages, tea and coffee using HPLC, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS and our microbiology section.
